Clinical Conditioning utilises a combination of traditional Pilates and specific body movements to get the correct muscles in your core activated. Core control will help you to stop your spinal or limb pain. A strong core is the best insurance against injury. Clinical Conditioning is also suitable for those that currently don’t have an injury but want to improve their core.
How to get Started
Clinical Conditioning is run by Physiotherapists and programs are built around an individual’s needs and limitations. There are a couple of steps before you start group classes:
All participants must go through an initial assessment prior to starting classes. This ensures that instructors have an intimate knowledge of each participant’s level of ability, their strengths and their weaknesses.
This knowledge allows our instructors to develop an individual program that maximises the benefits of Clinical Conditioning.
You will then attend a one on one session with the instructor to run through their Pilates program, ensuring that they can perform the exercises proficiently.
Now you are free to join any of our classes that run 6 days a week to suit your schedule. Have a look before for our latest timetable.
How many Classes?
The amount of classes you sign up for depends on your motivations for participating in Clinical Conditioning. We love Clinical Conditioning as a regular addition to your exercise regime.
