Experience and Interests

With over a decade of clinical experience and advanced training in pelvic health, Dimity is known for her calm, reassuring clinical presence, and confident management of complex presentations. She combines evidence-based care with a genuinely human approach, ensuring clients feel understood, informed, and supported from their very first appointment.

Dimity began her career in a fast-paced Brisbane hospital with experience across orthopaedics, rehabilitation, surgery and intensive care before transitioning to private practice. Over the past six years in Canada, she worked closely with GPs on persistent pain conditions and alongside athletes and coaches, supporting safe lifting, effective recovery, and high-level performance.

Her clinical interests include back pain, pelvic pain, and return-to-exercise rehabilitation. She takes a tailored approach, drawing on manual therapy, active rehabilitation, dry needling, cupping, and taping.

Dimity has over seven years of pelvic health experience, supporting clients through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, incontinence and constipation, pelvic and sexual pain, prolapse, scar management, and the peri- to post-menopausal transition. Education is central to her care, helping clients understand their bodies and return confidently to the activities they love.

Other Interests

As an active person herself, Dimity enjoys running, hiking, surfing, climbing, skiing, and strength training. She also loves travelling the world with her husband.
