Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Claims

Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Funding can come from a range of accidents and from a range of insurance companies. Advantage Healthcare & Physiotherapy is happy to honour all CTP Claims with the correct requirements.

 CTP Requirements

The main cause of CTP Claims is car accidents, however, third party insurance can have a range of coverings, including: accidents at work where your workplace is self-insured; injuries at club sport where you have insurance. Treatment can be for Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.

  • Referral
    The first step is to visit your GP and they will fill out and sign a Notice of Accident Claim Form. This is then sent to the at-fault person’s insurance company.

  • Approval
    Once the claim has been approved, you will be provided with a Claim Number and Insurance Company details. Once you have these you can book an appointment with one of our therapists.

  • Fees
    We will bill directly to the Insurace Company and you will not have any out of pocket costs.
