Following their initial assessment, some people choose to complete Individual sessions to get the expert help they desire. An individual session may include one or more of the following components to assist you in reaching your goals.

Health Coaching
If you are finding there are barriers to your involvement in exercise, your EP may look at health coaching. This is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavior change by helping you to understand yourself and your values better so that you are able to make realistic goals and positive changes that are important to you.

One on one exercise sessions
Conducted in our well equipped exercise room, one on one exercise sessions allow you to get that extra attention you need so you can be 100% confident that you are completing your program in the safest and most effective way for you. Some people choose to do one or more one-on-one sessions before joining one of our groups, whilst others like the care and attention of regular one on one sessions.

Home Exercise Program Design
If completing your exercise at home suits your lifestyle better, your EP can design a program that fits in with your life. Your EP can then demonstrate your program to you either within our exercise facility, or they can attend your home and show you the exact specifics of your new program. Regular reviews of your program can be completed to ensure you continue to enjoy your exercise and are achieving your goals.

Gym Program Setup & Review
Wanting to start at the gym, but don't know what exercises you should be doing or not sure that you are getting the most out of your current program. Following an initial consultation, our EP can work with you to develop a gym program to suit your individual needs – whether you're an elite athlete or just starting out. You can then attend the gym of your choice with confidence and a program that is just right for you.

Whether you have been attending a gym for a while now, or recently had your program set up by our EP, a gym program review will ensure that you continue to exercise in a safe and effective way and that you are achieving your goals.
