All fees are to be paid at the time of consultation unless prior arrangement has been made. We accept cash, cheque, or eftpos payments. Patients who have private health insurance may be eligible for rebates on physiotherapy, massage, pilates, exercise physiology, nutrition, dietitian and diabetes education services – check with your health fund.

Cancellation Policy

Advantage Healthcare has a full fee 8 hour cancellation policy. If you give less than 8 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment the full treatment fee applies. If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the full treatment fee.

This fee is not covered by WorkCover/Comcare/Veteran's Affairs/Medicare/Insurance Companies and must be paid by you as the patient.

If you are running late, it is best to attend and receive a shorter treatment, than to pay for the appointment and receive nothing. This policy is in place to assist you in your recovery and to allow time for another patient to benefit from your cancellation.
